These attributes of our safety platform, and others like its energy efficiency, combine to make it both an optimal solution for new trains and a viable one for even the most challenging retrofit projects.
This value was recognised early by Lineas, Europe’s largest freight fleet operator. Speaking on behalf of Lineas, Bruno Vanlede (Head of Rail Fleet Management), reflected that “Our seed investment in TSC was driven by our need for a more financially sustainable ETCS solution to further improve the safety of our operations and continue supporting the modal shift. From 2019 to ETCS certification today
